We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and quality reasons.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.


Refunds

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
